The LORD God of your fathers make you a thousand times so many more as ye are, and bless you, as He hath promised you! - Deuteronomy 1:11

Moses blesses the people of Israel with God’s promise saying the above verse. The amazing part is that God promised Abraham that he will multiply his seed as the stars of the heaven. Amazingly God fulfilled his promise in Deuteronomy 1:10 where Moses says, “The LORD your God hath multiplied you, and, behold, ye are this day as the stars of heaven for multitude.”

God, even after He fulfilled His promise in multiplying the seed of Abraham as the stars of heaven, now wants to bless them a thousand times more as what they are now. Our God cherishes in blessing His people. Many people consider God to give only little and even though God Himself is ready and has promised that He will lift them to great heights and increase them in every possible way, they will not believe it saying, ‘God will not do this to me.’

Here is a funny story of a poor man who was in debts and was trying to repay all his debts through some way or the other. Unfortunately, whatever he earns working a day was only sufficient enough for that day’s food for his family. With the few rupees that was left over at the end of the day he could only buy a few lottery tickets and try for some good luck. Months passed he had only wasted money in it. But one day to his surprise he won the lottery for five crores of rupees. All his debts together were only fifty thousand. When he was said that he won five crores of rupees, unable to believe it this man asked ‘So will I get my fifty thousand?’. The lottery man said, ‘You will get five crores.’ He still could not believe that he has won five crores and said ‘I do not want five crores, only fifty thousand is enough.’ At the end he got only fifty thousand and settled his debts and was happy working and toiling in the hot sun to earn his every day food. This man lost something that would have transformed his life and the lives of his family and all his dear ones, he missed it because of unbelief.

Likewise we miss a lot of things because of unbelief. Whenever we receive promises from God that you will get a new car or a new bike or you will be promoted, we will believe it immediately. But when God promises big like how He blessed the Israelites, thousand times more even after fulfilling His promise, we find it hard to believe and we loose our blessings that would change our entire life and the lives of our dear ones. It is not only the blessings of riches, it can be a spiritual blessing or a physical blessing of healing or blessing that would crush the curses in your life. God’s blessing has the power to change your curse in seconds. Jesus said, ‘Only Believe’ in Mark 5:36. Believing that God will bless you, is your part and blessing you is God’s part and God never fails. If you are ready to believe for a thousand fold blessing in your spiritual life, family, healing, deliverance, work, finances, any need you are in, God will bless you thousand times as you are today and He will keep blessing you until you have no room to receive it. Believe and be blessed this month.

Lord Jesus,

I believe that you are willing to bless me thousand times more, than I am today. I believe it with all my heart and await to receive your blessings and Lord, please heal me of my diseases and deliver me from my bondages. Thank you for the blessings Lord.
