Dearest sisters in Christ!!!

I am so glad to write to you all, in this New Year!! Hope you all had a blessed Christ filled Christmas and a joyful New Year!!

Another year has passed and New Year has begun. Some of us must have started this year with a new resolution, some who hasn’t even managed to keep up last year’s resolution and some who have stopped resolutions just because they find it difficult to keep up their resolution. In spite of which category you fall under, you have entered this year with lots of anticipation on what this year has to bring on.

I would like to remind you that God is in control, He will not leave you. One thing that encourages me every day is His word and I would like to share with you a small portion from the Psalms of David. Psalm 121 is a beautiful Psalm, where you can see how protective our Heavenly Father is.

In verses 1 and 2, we look up to the person who created the heavens and the earth. A powerful person who was very precise in creating each one of us as His masterpiece.

In verses 3 and 4, we see how He cares for us that He will not let us slip and fall. He doesn't sleep at all and protects us. Are you missing that care in your life? Look up unto Him.

In verses 5 and 6 we read that He watches over us that even the sun and moon that He created wouldn't harm us.

In verses 7 and 8, we read that He watches over our life and protect us wherever we go. Are you afraid of what this year is going to bring or afraid that things are going to go for a toss? Don't be afraid, you have a friend who watches over you and protects you from anything, anyone and holds your hand to cross the various obstacles of life.

Stay strong my dear sister, cling on to Him because only He is constant!!!
