Dears in Christ, it is my privilege to write to you again.
Today, let us look at the discourse written in John chapter 8. A woman is caught in the act of adultery, the Pharisees and the teachers of the law wanted to stone her as per the Mosaic law, although as per the law, it requires both the adulterer and the adulteress to be put to death, they had brought in the woman alone. Jesus knowing their intent, which was to accuse Him, touches the very core of the Law, that all are sinners and have fallen short of the glory of God. Unable to stone her, everyone leaves, and Jesus asks her where her accusers were, when she says there were none, Jesus says that neither does he condemn her, and asks her to leave her life of sinfulness.
This verse stirred me, “Then neither do I condemn you, Go and Sin no more” These words were not uttered by an ordinary human but by a Divine God who had manifested as human in the earth. So every word uttered by Jesus had power and has power even now.
