Praise ye be to God.

Greetings to all my dear sisters in Christ.

May the Lord continue to shower all His blessings in your lives, in His time.

As we all know, we want all our aspirations to happen in our lives instantly as we desire them. How much we cherish those moments when such dreams come true !

God has kept relevant seasons for  everything . Ecclesiastes  3:1-11 says this. It further says He has made everything beautiful in its time ( 3:11). But God expects one thing from us : To accept Him as our personal saviour and proclaim the good news ! We read about Apostle Paul,  who did this instantly as he received Christ in his life : “ Immediately he preached the Christ in synagogues, that He is the Son of God”( Acts 9:20).

But before this,Paul had to accomplish something more : An orthodox, self righteous Paul, a scholar in Mosaic law had to abandon this status and accept His grace. Because salvation and forgiveness of sins only comes through His grace and not by any law. We read about  Ananias telling Paul : “ And why are you waiting ? Arise and be baptized, and wash away your sins, calling on the name of the Lord”  (Acts 22:1--6).  As Apostle Paul claimed this grace in his life ( Acts 9: 18-20), he wants all of us to receive the same, without delay ( Romans 10:1-4).

Today, our dear Lord is longing for us to do the same, what Paul did about 2000 years ago:

“For you will be His witness to all men of what you  have seen and heard.

And now why are you waiting ? Arise and be baptized and wash away  your sins, calling on the name of the Lord (Acts 22:15-16).

Prayer :

Our heavenly Father, help us to move away from our self righteous person who we are, accept your grace and justice and proclaim the good news to the world.

We humbly submit our lives as witness in your mighty hands.
